INFLUENCE OF XINJIANG GOVERNMENTAL INPUT IN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ON ENTERPRISES R&D EXPENDITURE BASED ON CASE STUDY

摘要: R&D投入是用来衡量一个国家或地区自主创新能力的重要指标。文章运用协整分析和向量误差修正模型,对新疆政府公共R&D投入对企业R&D投入进行了实证分析。结果显示:企业R&D投入与政府公共R&D投入、企业销售收入之间存在长期稳定的动态均衡关系;新疆政府公共R&D投入尽管对企业R&D投入起到一定的挤出效应,但这种挤出效应有限,企业R&D经费的投入主要取决于企业自身的发展状况。

Abstract: R&D's input is an important indicator to measure a countrys or a regions capacity for independent innovation. This paper uses cointegration and vector error correction model to study the relation between Xinjiang's public R&Ds input and enterprises'R&D input, with result showing a longterm dynamic balance between government public R&D's input and enterprises'R&D input and sales revenue. Xinjiang government public R&D's input has a limited squeezing effect on enterprises'R&D input, which is chiefly dependent on enterprisesself development.
