摘要:

在对山西省资源型城市可持续发展现状进行分析的基础上,从经济、社会、资源环境3个方面构建资源型城市可持续发展水平评价体系,并采用层次分析法对2013年山西省11个资源型城市可持续发展水平进行评价。结果表明:太原市、朔州市、长治市实现了相对较强的可持续发展,经济、社会、资源环境协调发展;阳泉市、晋中市、大同市、临汾市、晋城市、忻州市基本实现了可持续发展;运城市、吕梁市可持续发展水平较弱,急需转型。最后,针对不同的城市,提出相应的提高可持续发展水平的建议。

Abstract:

This paper, based on situation of sustainable development level of Shanxi’s resources-based cities, establishes an evaluation system for sustainable development level of resources-cities from economy, society and resources, and uses AHP to evaluate Shanxi‘s 11 cities with results showing a relatively strong sustainable development in Taiyuan, Shuozhou and Changzhi, harmonious among economy, society and resources, and a general sustainable development in Yangquan, Jinzhong, Datong, Linfen, Jincheng and Xinzhou, but weak in Yuncheng and Lvliang which need transformation. This paper presents suggestions in increasing sustainable development level for difference cities.
