甘肃省农业低碳化发展水平综合评价

摘要:

从农业产出低碳化水平、生产要素低碳化水平、资源利用低碳化水平、碳汇效应水平4个维度构建甘肃省农业低碳化发展水平综合评价指标体系,运用层次分析法与熵值法相结合的组合赋权方法确定指标权重,用线性加权法计算甘肃省20002014年农业低碳水平评价值,并根据评价标准,对结果进行低碳等级划分。对甘肃省农业低碳化发展水平进行分析,结果表明20002014年农业低碳化发展水平总体呈上升态势。从农业低碳化发展水平等级来看,经历了由高碳、较高碳向中碳的发展过程。生产要素低碳化是农业低碳化发展的主要制约因素,碳汇效应对农业低碳化发展具有较强的拉动作用。

Abstract:  This paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of low carbon agriculture development level for Gansu Province from agricultural output, productive elements, resource use and carbon sink effect, and uses AHP and entropy to give weight to each index, which is used to estimate the low carbon level of Gansu'e levels are classified. The result shows a rising trend in 20002014 in low carbon level, which had experienced high, relatively high, medium carbon level. Productive element is the key factor in impeding the low carbon agriculture development, and carbon sink effect pulls largely the low carbon agricultural development
