基于突变级数法的北京市相对资源承载力评价研究

EVALUATION ON BEIJING’S RELATIVE RESOURCE LOADING CAPABILITY BASED ON MUTATION PROGRESSION METHOD

摘要:

本文采用相对资源承载力的研究方法,选择北京市为研究区,以全国水平为理想参照区域,计算了19882008年北京市相对自然资源承载力和相对经济资源承载力,运用突变级数法对北京市资源承载力进行综合评价。研究表明:北京市综合资源承载力呈现波段变化趋势;北京市相对经济资源承载力始终大于相对自然资源承载力。总体上,北京相对土地资源承载力呈现不断地下降趋势,该承载力始终处于超载状态,而相对经济资源承载力始终处于富余状态。采用突变级数评价法很大程度的避免了权重赋值的主观性,从而使得综合资源承载力评价是客观的、科学的。

Abstract:

This paper, based on a case study on Beijing, calculates the relative resources and economic loading capability during 1988 to 2008, and applies mutation progression method to evaluate the resource loading capability. The results indicate a fluctuant trend in Beijings resource loading capability. The relative economic resource loading capability is always higher than the relative natural resource loading capability. In general, the relative land resource loading capability is dropping and on an overloading status, and the relative natural resource loading capability is surplus. The use of mutation progression method can avoid the subjectivity of giving weights so it gives a scientific and objective evaluation.
