Abstract: Heterogeneous renewable resources share common features, but there is a complex and extensive network replacement in variable resources. This paper establishes a price network graph of renewable resources with renewable resources as nodes and alternative as sides. The network with short path and large clustering coefficient displays as “small world network”, which is not in accordance with power-law distribution, without orientation, but shows a trend to no-orientation. Government shall make favorable polices to intensify the alternative processing technology in heterogeneous renewable resources and inner alternative effect, which can mitigate the price fluctuation and decrease the market risks.
