唐山市土地利用效益评价及驱动机制

摘要:

提高土地利用效益是促进区域可持续发展的关键。本文以河北省唐山市为例,从土地利用的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益3个方面建立了唐山市土地利用综合效益评价指标体系。综合运用特尔菲法、层次分析法以及熵值法确定指标权重,对1998—2008年唐山市土地利用效益进行评价,并对子效益系统之间的协调性进行了分析,同时运用主成分分析法对土地利用效益的驱动机制进行定性研究。最后提出提高土地利用效益和子效益系统之间协调性的相关建议。

Abstract:

To improve land utilization benefit is a key factor to promote regional sustainable development. The paper, based on a case study on Tangshan city, Hebei province, from economic, social and ecological benefits of landutilization, establishes an index system to evaluate the land utilization comprehensive benefit. The weights of indexes are determined by Delphi method, AHP, and entropy. This paper evaluates land utilization benefits from 1998 to 2008, analyzes the coordination between the sub-benefit systems, and applies the principal component analysis to study the drives of land utilization benefit, and presents some approaches to land utilization comprehensive benefit and the coordination between the sub-benefit systems.
