摘要:

本文选取2002—2007年北京市生产、生活等各项经济活动消耗的资源数据,运用生态足迹方法,对北京市可持续发展程度进行分析和评价。研究结果表明,北京市2002—2007年生态足迹远远大于其生态容量,从资源消耗的角度来看,北京市的发展已经处于不可持续的程度。因此,必须调整北京城市发展策略,转变生产方式,提高资源利用效率,提倡可持续的消费模式,从根本上实现北京市的可持续发展。

Abstract:

This paper, based on the production and lives data from 2002 to 2007 in Beijing, applies the ecological footprint method to analyze the sustainable development in Beijing, with the results showing that the ecological footprint is far bigger that its ecological capacity from 2002 to 2007 in Beijing. Viewing from resources consumption, Beijing now is under an unsustainable development, which requires a change in its strategy to adjust production means, to increase the resources utilization efficiency, and to advocate a sustainable consumption mode.
