基于AHP-熵权TOPSIS法的湖北省县域资源环境承载力评价和空间差异分析

摘要:

建立资源环境承载力评价指标体系,利用AHP-熵权TOPSIS法测算2014年湖北省103个县域的资源环境承载力,并使用探索性空间数据分析方法研究承载力水平的空间格局特征,以期为湖北省制定土地利用空间和产业发展规划提供参考和借鉴。结果表明,湖北省各县市区的资源环境承载力存在两极分化,承载力高的地区包括恩施市、十堰市等鄂西地区,承载力较低的主要是武汉、宜昌等地的市区,整体呈现显著的空间正自相关,同时低值集聚显著性更强。LISA聚集图和冷热点分析表明,鄂西处于承载力热点和“高高聚集”区,武汉市区、宜昌市东北部区县处于承载力冷点和“低低聚集”区。最后在分析资源环境承载力空间格局形成原因的基础上,提出了提高承载力水平的建议。

Abstract:  This paper establishes an evaluation index system for resources and environmental carrying capacity, and uses AHP entropy and TOPSIS to estimate their carrying capacity of 103 counties in Hubei province in 2014, and studies the spatial distribution by means of exploratory spatial data analysis, aiming at offering references for Hubei province to make land use and industrial development planning. The result implies a polarization in resources and environmental carrying capacity among Hubei`s counties, high in Enshi and Shiyan in the western, low in Wuhan and Yichang, displaying a notable spatial positive auto-correlation and a distinctive low concentration. LISA clustering plot and cold-hot point indicate that the western Hubei is located in the hot and HH zone, Wuhan and northeastern Yichang in cold and LL zone. This paper presents suggestions on improving carrying capacity by discussing the causes of spatial pattern formation of resources and environmental carrying capacity.
