“双化”耦合协调发展与产业深度转型升级

“Digitalization-Greening” Coupling Coordination and Industrial Deep Transformation & Upgrading

摘要: 当前新一轮科技革命与产业变革正深入推进,加快科技成果转化、持续催生新产业、推动产业深度转型升级、实现数字化与绿色化协同发展已成为重要趋势。我国开展了数字化绿色化协同转型发展综合试点工作,以期通过数字化绿色化协同发展助推现代化产业深度转型升级。论文首先以2015—2021年中国30个省域的面板数据为基础,运用熵值法分别测算各省域数字化、绿色化的综合发展水平;再借助物理学耦合度函数计算产业深度转型升级指数、数字化和绿色化两大系统的耦合度;最后运用基准回归模型探究二者耦合协调度对我国产业深度转型升级的影响。研究结果显示:1)数字化绿色化耦合协调发展能够显著促进我国产业深度转型升级,并且通过了内生性和稳健性检验;2)数字化绿色化协同发展是通过产业集聚显著推动产业深度转型升级。因此,提出应通过数字化赋能绿色化的智能发展,绿色化牵引数字化的低碳发展,促进数字化和绿色化之间良性互动,以此助推产业深度转型升级,发展新质生产力。

Abstract: As new scientific revolution and industrial reform are advancing, speeding up transformation of research achievements, incubating new industries, advancing industrial deeply transformation & upgrading to realize digitalization-greening collaboration have become a leading trend. China has carried out pilot works in digitalizing-greening collaborating with transformation, aiming at advancing industrial deeply transformation & upgrading. This paper based on 2015 to 2021 panel data of China's 30 provinces, uses entropy to estimate their comprehensive level in digitalization and greening, and applies coupling function to calculate industrial deep transformation and upgrading index, and coupling of digitalization-greening, and employs benchmark model to explore the impacts of their coupling coordination on China's industrial deep transformation and upgrading. Digitalization-greening coupling coordination can largely promote China's industrial deep transformation & upgrading through industrial concentration, tested by endogeneity and robustness. Digitalization can fuel a smart development of greening, and greening leads the low carbon growth of digitalization, a well interaction between the both can help advance industrial deep transformation & upgrading and develop the new quality productivity.
