新疆东天山地区矿产资源综合评价及规划建议

摘要: 为改善东天山地区矿产资源有序勘查开发和地区统筹规划管理,从与矿业发展有关的环境、技术、经济等多方面多角度开展综合评价。从矿业产业链上矿产的地质勘查、矿产品的开采利用、矿山环境的保护及矿业带来的经济社会效应等角度,选取6个方面共20项评价指标,运用层次分析法构建综合评价指标体系,采用模糊综合评价法对本区19个主要矿区进行综合评价。定量运算和专家经验相结合,对19个评价矿区进行优劣排序。结合地区规划现状,对本区提出4类规划建议,旨在为新疆东天山地区矿产资源勘查开发统筹规划管理提供参考。

Abstract: In order to improve the minerals exploration and regional planning in eastern Tainshan area, this paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation on miningrelated environment, technology and economy. From exploration, development and mine environmental protection and economic benefits, this paper selects 20 indexes in six aspects, and applies hierarchy analysis to establish comprehensive evaluation index system, which is used to measure the 19 mining districts by means of fuzzy method. Quantitative measurement combined with experts'experience to rank the 19 mining districts. Based on their actuality, this paper presents suggestions in minerals exploration and planning in Xinjiang's eastern Tianshan area.
