摘要: 研究总结中国盐湖卤水锂资源禀赋特点,从资源量、盐湖卤水成分、提锂技术工艺、盐湖区位等诸方面进行阐述。中国盐湖卤水锂资源丰富,但资源查明率低,镁锂比高,盐湖区位偏远,锂资源尚不能满足国内需求。指出应从国家战略决策、资源调查与勘查以及科技创新制度保障3方面解决供需矛盾的建议:国家决策层面应确认锂矿为能源矿产;调查与勘查层面应重点突破柴达木盆地的盐湖卤水,兼顾四川盆地等深层卤水;科技创新与制度保障层面应做好知识产权保护,汇集智力资源与资本,开展科技攻关。

Abstract: This paper studies China's saline lithium resources from resources and reserve, brine components, processing technology and saline location. China has abundance of saline lithium resources, but low probable reserve, high Mg/Li ratio and in remote area. Lithium resources can not meet nation's demands. This paper presents suggestions in aiming at supply demand conflict from national strategy, resources exploration and technical innovation. Nation should determine lithium as energy resources. Exploration shall be focused on Qaidam basin's saline brines, and Sichuan basin's deep brine as well. To protect intellectual property rights can help capital be used in technical innovation. 
