建设用地空间变化及驱动力分析:以西宁市中心城区为例

摘要:

城市建设用地的扩张是一个复杂的动态性过程,受多种因素的影响。以青海省西宁市中心城区为例,根据1999年、2003年、2009年3期的Landsat影像数据提取了研究区的土地利用信息,通过GIS技术分析10年间建设用地变化的动态信息,得到建设用地扩展侵占耕地、草地、其他用地的面积及空间分布,然后从人口变动、经济增长、政策制定3方面分析对西宁市中心城区建设用地扩展产生的驱动作用。研究表明,人口和经济因素是城市建设用地向外扩张的主要因素,政策因素在城市的发展过程中起着导向作用。

Abstract:

Expansion of urban construction land use is a complicated dynamic process which is limited by many factors. This paper, based on case study on the downtown of Xining city, Qinghai province, uses 1999, 2003 and 2009 Landsat images to study the land use information and uses GIS technology to analyze the ten-year’s construction land use change, and calculates the areas and distribution of construction land use occupied from farmland, grass land and other land, and then discusses the drives to spatial changes in construction land use from population change, economic growth and policies. This study indicates that population and economy are two major drives to urban construction land expansion, and that policies play a directing role in urban development.
