河北省山区生态安全预警及调控对策:以燕山东段为例

摘要:

针对河北省山区的自然和社会经济特点,采用层次分析法构建了基于人口、自然资源、生态环境和社会经济状况4个层次17项指标的预警评价体系;运用多目标模糊优选决策模型对燕山东段山区的生态安全状况进行了综合评价,从时间、空间两个尺度分析了区域警级变化的情况,寻找警情出现的原因,提出了可行性的调控对策,以期对河北山区生态安全系统整体定量研究提供参考,为山区生态环境管理与可持续发展提供决策依据。

Abstract:

This paper, according to the nature and economy of Hebei’s mountains, applies APH to establish an ecological safety alarming system with 4 hierarchy and 17 levels based on population, resources, environment and economy, and employs multiple objectives fuzz selection mode to assess the ecological safety in the eastern Yanshan mountain from temporal and spatial scales, discusses the causes of alarming and presents controls, attempting to provide reference to study and manage the ecological safety system in mountains for a sustainable development.
