摘要:

中国的家族企业要做大做强需要解决成长中的四大问题,即决策科学化程度低、产权的封闭性、人力资源封闭性以及文化基础的非契约性。家族企业要解决这四大问题需要合理的路径选择来实现企业制度转型,即通过产权的逐步开放,推动管理要素的置换和管理模式的转变,推进公司的规范治理,建立家族企业特有的文化;政府则应优化家族企业制度演进路径。

Abstract:

China’s family enterprises are facing four challenging problems during their growth, that is, a low scientific decision, an isolated property, closed human resources and a noncontracted culture, which necessitate a system transformation, including opening the property, transforming management elements and modes, improving a standard management, and establishing a unique family enterprises culture. The government shall optimize the evolvement of family enterprises system.
