Abstract:

The main purpose of the paper is to provide theoretical foundation of building a scientific and efficient supervision system based on the present institution of the projects and the defects from work. The methods include document research, contrastive analysis, case study. The conclusion is that the supervision system of land development and consolidation projects is very important .To achieve the expected goal of the projects, China should refer to the practice which has been running for over ten years and the specific practice of the countries where are advanced in agriculture, so as to form a scientific, integral and feasible supervisionsystem.
