摘要:

在城市化进程快速发展的今天,水环境安全问题越来越严重地影响了城市和社会经济的发展,成为全世界共同关注的焦点。为了对大连市水安全形势有一个宏观的定量了解,本文采用层次分析法确定评价指标权重,运用模糊模式识别理论,构建了大连市水安全评价模糊模式识别模型,并对大连市水安全进行评价。研究结果表明,大连市区的水安全状况是3级,即处于一般状态。为保证社会、经济、环境各方面协调发展,本文就解决水安全问题提出了一些建议,为大连市水安全处于最优状态提供了依据。

Abstract:

Under a high urbanization, the security of water environment has an impact on urban economic development, which is a focus of the world. This paper, aiming at acquiring a macroscopic and quantitative knowledge on Dalians water security, adopts fuzzy recognition theory to establish a model to evaluate the water security in Dalian. The results show that the water security is grade III, which means a general status. This paper, ensuring an accordant development among society, economy and environment, presents suggestions improving water security in Dalian.
