基于生态恢复的平顶山市低山丘陵区资源利用方向

RESOURCE UTILIZATION IN HILLY AREAS BASED ON ECOLOGICAL  RESTORATION IN PINGDINGSHAN CITY

摘要:

低山丘陵区退化生态系统的恢复不仅是一个生态问题,也是一个经济问题。以生态恢复理论为基础,将生态恢复与产业化有机结合,来探讨平顶山市低山丘陵区的资源利用问题,以期为该区域资源可持续利用与社会经济发展提供参考。根据资源特性及其空间差异,将平顶山市低山丘陵区划分为3个资源利用分区,并针对不同分区,提出了相适应的资源利用方向,包括调整土地利用结构、山丘区农林资源综合开发利用、景观资源利用、林业生态工程建设与矿区资源综合利用等。

Abstract:

Rehabilitation of degraded ecosystem in hilly areas is not only an ecological problem, but also an economic issue. Based on ecological restoration theory, this paper discusses issues of resources utilization in hilly areas of Pingdingshan city through combining ecological restoration with industrialization, aiming at offering references for sustainable resources utilization and regional socioeconomic development. According to resource characteristics and their spatial differences, the hilly region of Pingdingshan city is divided into three partitions. This paper presents guidelines of resources utilization adapted to different partitions, including the adjustment of land-use, comprehensive development and utilization of agricultural and forest resources in hilly areas, using of landscape resources, construction of forestry ecological projects and comprehensive utilization of resources in mining areas.
