资源枯竭型城市支柱产业选择研究: 以湖北大冶市为例

摘要: 大冶市是典型的矿产资源枯竭型城市,资源的枯竭造成产业结构严重失衡,早期作为支柱产业的资源型产业已成为夕阳产业,大冶市面临着重新选择支柱产业的挑战。构建大冶市支柱产业选择的指标体系,运用主成分分析法,并结合大冶市作为资源枯竭型城市的特点及政府在扶持资源枯竭型城市产业转型下的优惠产业政策,确定大冶市的支柱产业。认为大冶市应发展以机械、专业设备及器材制造业为主的重工业制造业,以饮料、农副产品加工为主的轻工业制造业,以矿产资源为基础的冶炼、采选及压延加工业为主的资源型产业。

Abstract: Daye city as a typical resourcesexhausted city has an imbalanced industrial structure. The mining industry as an early pillar is declining so that Daye needs to reselect its pillar. This paper establishes an index system for Dayes selection of pillar industry, and uses principal component method to determine, combined with favorable policies and supports, Dayes pillar industries that are machinery, specific appliances and manufacturing on heavy industry, beverage and agricultural products on light manufacturing, and metallurgy, mining and processing on ore resources industry.
