Abstract:

Since the establishment of the provincial geological exploration fund in 2004, it has played an important role in prospecting breakthroughs and increasing reserves and production in various places. This paper introduces the establishment and operation of provincial geological exploration fund, and summarizes its role and existing problems in mineral exploration, such as the reduction of capital investment scale, the disconnection of " business follow-up " and the lack of income circulation mechanism. Based on this, focusing on the objectives and tasks of the new round of prospecting breakthrough strategic action, the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward : strengthening planning guidance and coordinating work deployment ; improve the income cycle mechanism and stabilize the source of investment funds ; promote the renewal of supporting systems ; stimulate and guide commercial investment, and build a diversified investment model ; establish a production-study-research system for scientific and technological innovation ; paying attention to the cultivation of compound talents ; promote ' green exploration '.
