中国地级以上城市产业结构转换能力评价

摘要:

本文在界定产业结构转换能力内涵的基础上,构建了我国地级以上城市产业结构转换能力评价指标体系,并采用主成分分析法对我国286个地级以上城市产业结构转换能力进行评价和分析,认为:我国地级以上城市产业结构转换能力的主要影响因素应是供给与需求、技术水平、对外经济联系和经济政策,其次是产业结构;我国地级以上城市的产业结构转换能力的大小与经济发展水平有明显的相关关系;城市产业结构转换能力与城市的规模等级也有紧密联系,城市的规模等级越大,城市产业结构转换能力越强;我国地级以上城市产业结构转换能力还具有空间分异特征,东部地区的城市产业结构的平均转换能力最强,中部次之,西部最弱。

Abstract:

Based on defining the meaning of transition ability of industrial structure, this paper constructs the evaluating index system and adopts the method of PCA to evaluate and analyze the transition ability of industrial structures of 286 borough cities in China. It turns out that the major factors influencing this ability are supply and demand, technology level, external economic communication and policies, and then industrial structure. The transition ability of industrial structure, with an obvious relation with its economic development level and also with the scales of cities, has a spatial differentiation, decreasing eastward.
