基于熵理论的煤炭开发进入退出系统研究

摘要: 文章对煤炭开发进入退出系统以及所存在的问题进行了分析,构建了煤炭产业开发进入退出系统流程,然后运用熵理论理清了煤炭开发进入退出系统熵流结构特征,利用系统熵流结构模型建立了煤炭企业进入退出的决策模型。针对煤炭产业发展的具体情况,指出了外部熵流是影响煤炭开发进入退出系统稳定和健康的重要因素,并建议煤炭开发进入退出的管理应该从政策、资源、环境、市场、社会和国际竞争等方面入手,并且将工作重点应放在政策熵流上。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the input/output system issues of coal development, constructs the input/output system of coal development, and uses entropy theory to clarify its entropy stream structure, which is applied set up a decision model for coal enterprises. The external entropy stream is a key factor influencing the stability and health of input/output system of coal development. This paper suggests to manage this system from policy, resources, environment, market, society and global competition with focusing on policy entropy stream.
