摘要:

随着我国经济的飞速发展,城镇地价评估成为土地资源管理的重要手段,而扩散性因素因子与定级区内各点最短路径的计算是土地定级估价的计算基础。本文以分区计算为参照,将A星算法引入到城镇土地定级估价系统中,通过八方向算法实现了最佳路径的寻找,通过实折点的引入处理实现了最短路径长度的计算,通过双层计算模型的建立与实现,提高了运行效率。

Abstract:

Urban land price assessment becomes a key means to manage land resources as economy speeds up. The diffusible factors and the shortest path calculation of each point in grading region are bases for urban price assessment. This paper, based on division calculation, applies A Algorithm in urban land price assessment to look for the optimal path by means of 8-directional algorithm and to calculate its length, and establishes a double-layer model to increase the implementation efficiency.
