摘要：

新疆农业综合生产能力建设是发展新疆农村生产力的关键，也是增加新疆农民收入的必然要求。结合新疆的实际情况，设置新疆农业综合生产能力的评价指标体系，比较分析新疆各地区农业综合生产能力，发现问题，并提出相应的建议与对策。

Abstract:

The comprehensive agricultural production is a key point to develop the rural economy, which can also increase farmers' profit. This paper sets up some indexes to assess the comprehensive agricultural production, analyzes the comprehensive agricultural productions in various areas in Xinjiang, discusses the existing issues and presents approaches.
