摘要:

随着我国社会经济的不断发展,土地资源的稀缺性越来越明显,单纯的宏观调控已经不能合理地使用资源,有必要引入市场机制对土地规划指标进行管理。以江苏省为例,本文从规划指标市场机制引入的必要性及运作模式对土地规划指标市场机制管理问题进行探讨,以期为土地管理工作提供参考。

Abstract:

As economy and society develop, land resources are becoming short. The single macro control can not meet this demands, which necessitates a market management for land planning index. This paper, based on case study of Jiangsu province, discusses the necessities and operation modes of market management, and provides some reference for land management.
