黑龙江省矿业产业资源配置效率评价

摘要:

本文以黑龙江省矿业产业部门为研究对象,借助数据包络分析法(DEA),研究各个部门对矿产资源配置的有效性。本文建立了资源配置有效性的评价系统,分别利用DEA分析法中的C2R模型和C2GS2模型对矿业产业部门对矿产资源配置的综合效率和技术效率进行评价。在此基础上,针对黑龙江省非DEA有效矿业产业部门,分析了资源配置相对较低的原因,并利用“投影”定理,分别计算出部门相对投入冗余量和产出不足量,从而给出了调整矿业产业部门投入和产出具体方案,已达到改进非DEA有效矿业部门资源配置的有效性。

Abstract:

This paper, based on the mining industry in Heilongjiang, applies DEA to study the mineral resources allocation efficiency. In the evaluation system for mineral resources allocation efficiency established in this paper, C2R model and C2GS2 model are used to evaluate the comprehensive efficiency and technical efficiency. This paper analyzes the cause why it is low in mineral resources allocation of non-DEA mining industry, and applies the “projection” theorem to calculate the inputting redundancies and outputting shortages, and presents a detailed schedule to adjust the input & output in mining industry, improving the mineral resources allocation efficiency of non-DEA mining industry.
