随着房地产市场的不断发展,房地产市场营销的地位和作用日益突出。本文通过分析市场营销中的“4P”理论、“4C”理论和“4R”理论,并结合房地产市场特点和经济形势,提出我国当前房地产市场营销应着重把握的关键点。

Abstract:

The status and role of real estate marketing are increasingly prominent with the continuous development of the real estate market. This paper, combining with the characteristics of real estate market and current situation in China, analyzes the “4P” theory and “4C” theory and the “4R” theory in marketing, and presents several key points in current real estate marketing of China.
