矿业城市国土利用安全动态监测

摘要:

矿业城市在促进工业化和城市化进程、加快区域经济发展等方面发挥重要作用的同时,其国土利用安全问题却日益突出,备受社会各界关注。本文在深刻剖析矿业城市国土利用安全内涵的基础上,从矿产资源储量安全、土地资源可持续利用安全、生态环境安全、次生地质灾害安全4个方面构建了矿业城市国土利用安全评价指标体系。围绕国土利用安全评价,矿业城市国土利用动态监测应以遥感为主要技术手段,以统计信息和实地调查数据为补充。作为动态监测的根本目的,文章最后选择综合指数法构建了矿业城市国土利用安全预警模型,对输出结果按警度进行了划分,并对警度预报的形式进行了探讨。

Abstract:

 Mining cities play a key role in industrialization and urbanization and regional economy, but is confronted with land use security problems. This paper analyzes the land use security connotation, establishes a set of index system to evaluate the land use security from mineral resources reserve security, land resource sustainable use security, eco-environment security and secondary geological disaster security. This paper, based on land use security assessment, applies the dynamic monitoring, and combines with statistical information and field survey data, and selects comprehensive index to establish the land use security alarm model in mining cities, and classifies the output according to the alarming degrees, and discusses the alarming means.
