摘要:

铁矿石是工业的粮食,作为一种不可再生资源,是影响我国经济持续发展的关键因素之一。铁矿石资源产业作为一个庞大而重要的国民经济产业体系,其战略地位不言而喻。本文通过构建一般产业发展的阶梯模型(ILM),提出了基础层战略、扩展层战略、顶点战略3个层次,分析了层次间的内在关系,并根据模型对我国铁矿石资源产业的战略框架进行了探索性研究。

Abstract:

As a non-renewable resource and the food of industry, iron ore is one of the key factors of affecting China’s sustainable economic development. Iron ore resource is a large and important national industrial system, having an important strategic position. This paper, based on industrial ladder model (ILM), presents three hierarchies, basic strategy, extension strategy and summit strategy, analyzes their inner relation, and works out a preliminary strategy for China’s iron ore resource.
