承德市建设用地集约利用评价研究

摘要:

随着我国工业化、城市化进程的不断加快, 如何协调发展与保护的关系是当前土地管理工作的重中之重,建设用地的集约利用也日益受到关注,必将成为土地可持续的利用的重要途径。本文在分析承德市建设用地利用特点的基础上,运用G1模型法、区域比较法和系统分析法等数学方法,对承德市建设用地集约利用的空间分布开展评价,提出不同空间建设用地利用的方向和重点,以期指导未来承德市建设用地的土地利用。

Abstract:

As China’s industrialization and urbanization is speeding up, it is paramount to coordinate the relation between development and protection in land management, which requires an intensive use of construction land, as an important means for land sustainable use. This paper, based on the construction land use features, applies G1 model, spatial comparison method and systematical analysis to evaluate the spatial distribution of construction land intensive use in Chengde city, and presents guidelines in variable spaces and key points in construction land use, aiming to offer a reference in the future construction land intensive use in Chengde city.
