摘要:

2008年美国次贷危机波及全球,引发全球近几年最大一次“蝴蝶效应”,金融机构受到不同程度的冲击。房价持续上涨,引发的经济问题和社会问题,受到社会各界的广泛关注。陶长高、曹勇等通过分析全国有代表性城市房价,认为银行信贷政策与楼市的关联日趋紧密,银行信贷政策对房价影响最为突出,是房价涨跌的主要诱因。本文通过剖析我国房地产企业资金来源、银行信贷政策对房价影响等方面,分析我国银行信贷政策对房地产市场的影响。

关键词: 银行信贷, 房价, 宏观调控

Abstract:

In 2008, America ’s subprime crisis affected the global and led to a biggest“butterfly effect” recently, which shocked financial organs to some extent. The house prices rise continuously, resulting in economic and social issues, which attracted much attention. TAO Chang- incentive for house prices. This paper studies the capital source of China ’s real estate enterprises and impact of bank ’s credit policy to house prices, and discusses the influence of Chinese bank ’s credit policy to real estate market.
