我国铀资源勘查工作融资的困境及对策研究

摘要：

随着我国核电建设的快速发展，对铀矿的需求急剧增加，但我国目前的天然铀产量较少，铀供应逐渐趋紧。为了满足核电建设对铀矿原料的需求，我国需逐步改革目前的铀矿勘探开发投融资体制，加大勘查投入，加强国内的铀矿勘查。本文通过对国外铀资源勘查工作融资现状的分析，发现我国铀资源勘查开发投融资中存在以下问题：立法缺失、政策模糊；体制不完善；管理不到位；铀矿地勘单位“企业化”改革不彻底；矿产勘查资本市场发展缓慢；非金融服务机构不健全，继而对我国铀资源勘查工作的融资提出建议。

Abstract:

As China’s nuclear power construction speeds up, it requires a sharp demand for uranium, but the production of natural uranium is quite small. In order to meet the nuclear power construction, China needs reform the investing and financing system in uranium exploration to boost investment and to intensify the uranium exploration. This paper, based on the status of financing in global uranium exploration, discusses the plights, including missing legislation, dizzy policies, poor system and management, halfway transformedintoenterprises of uranium geological units, slow capital market of mineral exploration, and morbid nonfinancial services, and presents approaches accordingly.
