水平井节能增效研究

摘要:

水平井是一种先进的二次采油技术,中国陆上利用水平井开发高渗透、高含水及低渗透率储层效果明显,具有广阔的应用前景。伴随着中石油、中石化各油田年钻水平井数的不断增加,水平井节能增效问题显得尤为明显。本文从水平井的技术优势、分段射孔当量井径模型及低渗透储层产能方程3个不同的角度,进行了水平井与普通直井相比节约土地资源、节省钻采器材费用和节省用电量3个方面来提高经济效益的研究。本文的研究结果为水平井在油田实际应用中节能增效提供了理论依据。

Abstract:

Horizontal wells are an advanced secondary oil production technology, which is applied widely in land oilfields in highpermeability, high water and low permeability reservoirs with good effects. As horizontal wells are being increased notably in quantity in PetroChina and Sinopec, their energy saving and efficiency increasing effect becomes important. This paper, from their technical advantages, equivalent radius model with segmental perforation, and deliverability equation in low permeability reservoir, compares those with vertical wells, and finds out that land resources, equipments and electric power are saved in horizontal wells, which can provide a theoretical reference for energy saving and efficiency increasing effect of horizontal wells.
