国际石油价格波动对经济的影响：研究综述和本土化拓展

摘要：

国际石油价格波动对经济的影响成为石油价格管理领域研究的热点问题。国外早期研究关注供给冲击与需求调整的总渠道、GDP和其他经济变量对油价的一般回归模式，近20年国内外大量的文献研究内容集中在油价波动对经济影响的不对称性、油价波动对GDP、通货膨胀的影响、股票市场的影响及对同一时期不同国家宏观经济影响的差异、油价的各种弹性关系、货币政策在油价冲击后的作用等方面。从油价波动行为机理、油价波动对经济影响的传导机制与组成内容综述了国内外有关石油价格波动对经济影响的研究成果，并通过分析中国本土化经济特征,进一步拓展了国际石油价格波动对经济影响的研究内容体系。最后进行总结,并提出了未来开展本土化研究的方向。

Abstract:

he effect of global oil price fluctuation to economy has become a research hot point in oil price management. The foreign early studies were focused on the oil supply and demands, GDP and other economic variables. The recent 20 year’s papers and research were concentrated on the asymmetry of oil price fluctuation to economy, to GDP, to inflation, and to stock market, and to nation’s macroscopic economy, the flexible relations of oil price and money policies. This paper, from oil price fluctuation mechanism, the conducting mechanism and contents of oil price fluctuation to economy, gives an overview of global research results, analyzes the localized features of China’s economy, and expands the content system of effects of global oil price fluctuation to economy, and summarize the future research domain for China’s localized economy.
