基于农地质量的基本农田布局优化——以浙江省路桥区峰江地区为例

摘要:

基于GIS空间分析法,本文提出根据农用地分等与地化评估整合成果优化基本农田布局的方法,并对浙江省峰江地区进行了实证研究。研究表明,整合两个不同的土地质量评价体系,综合考虑土地稳定的生产能力、土地肥力、环境与健康质量,并依此确定基本农田调入调出的门槛,实现基本农田布局优化的方法完全可行。这一方法有助于把环境污染、肥力缺乏的耕地调出基本农田,把高产、优质、清洁的耕地划为基本农田,保证基本农田质量。

Abstract:

This paper, based on GIS spatial analysis method, presents a way to optimize the basic farmland layout according to farmland grading and evaluation results in Fengjiang area, Zhejiang province. The integration of two different land quality evaluation system shall be based on the stable production capability, fertility, environment and quality, which is also a threshold to transfer in or out in basic farmland. This kind of optimization is workable, and helpful to remove the polluted, sterile farmland from the basic farmland and to incorporate those productive, quality, clean farmland into the basic farmland.
