中国资源企业海外CIS构建的初步研究

摘要:

企业形象识别系统(corporate identity system,CIS)是现代企业文化与形象管理的重要手段之一,在西方矿业公司中被广泛应用并在后来逐渐被实施“走出去”战略的中国资源企业所认可和接受。中国资源企业尝试建立自己的CIS系统。根据实地调研与理论研究,尝试从CIS构建、海外资源开发两个问题着手,针对中国资源型企业海外资源开发的本质与核心问题做了初步研究,并结合CIS的理论与方法,尝试建立起初步的,具有一定指导性与可操作性的中国资源企业海外CIS构建理论体系。

Abstract:

Corporate Identity System (CIS) is one of key channels of modern enterprises culture and image, which is widely used in the western mining domain and now accepted by Chinese resource enterprises who are investing overseas, and trying to establish their own CIS. This paper, according to case and theoretical studies, from establishment of CIS and overseas resource development, discusses their key points, and attempts to set up a preliminary but workable CIS theoretical system for Chinese resource enterprises.
