铜陵市环境承载力评价与分析

EVALUATION OF TONGLING'S ENVIRONMENTAL LOADING CAPACITY

摘要:

在分析资源枯竭型城市铜陵市社会经济环境系统现状的基础上,通过文献查阅和专家评分法建立了铜陵市环境承载力评价指标体系,再通过层次分析法确定各指标的权重,进而利用环境承载力相对剩余率模型,对铜陵市2008-2011年环境承载力状况进行评价。研究结果表明,2008-2011年,铜陵市环境承载力处于超载状态,年均超载23.72%,区域内社会经济系统的发展与资源环境系统处于不协调状态,但是环境状况正在逐步改善。基于上述结论,进一步提出铜陵市经济资源环境协调发展的对策建议。

Abstract:

This paper, based on Tongling's society, economy and environment, which is a resource-exhausted city, establishes through references and experts an index system to evaluate Tongling's environmental loading capacity, and uses AHP to determine each indexs weight and acquires the relative surplus model which is applied to evaluate Tonglings environmental loading capacity in 2008-2011. The result shows an overloading more than 23.7% per year, and an concerted condition between economy and resource&environment, which, however, is turning on a right direction. This paper presents suggestions developing a concerted economy-resource-environment in Tongling.
