资源枯竭城市矿山地质环境问题及治理措施--以四川华蓥市为例

摘要: 文章首先列出了华蓥市矿山开采产生的一系列矿山地质环境问题,并对详细地质环境现状进行了分 析;然后对矿山地质环境影响进行综合评估,划定影响程度分区,矿山地质环境影响综合评估分为严重、较严重及一般3个等级,其中严重区及较严重区是本次研究的重点区域;最后,针对华蓥市存在的矿山地质环境问题,结合矿山地质环境影响评估结果及区域经济发展需要,确定治理范围及内容,并从矿山次生地质灾害、水资源影响和破坏、地形地貌景观影响和破坏及土地资源影响和破坏4个方面提出具体的工程与生物恢复治理措施。治理工程的实施,将有利于改善华蓥市矿山地质环境,从而实现资源与环境的协调发展。

Abstract: :This paper lists a series of mine geological environment issues in Huaying city during mining, and expatiates Its geological environment situation, evaluates the factors,and divides the impacts into severe, less severe and general,of which the severe and less severe are our focus.This paper,combined with the mine environment evaluation and regional economic needs, determines the range and contents, and presents measures in projects and biological restoration from mine secondary geological disasters, water resource impact,terrain impact and land impact, which helps Huaying improve its mine geological environment so as to achieve a coherent development between resources and environment.
