摘要：

目前伊拉克油气资源勘探区块采用的合同模式为勘探服务合同。主要简述油气资源勘探服务合同，并将其与油气资源开发服务合同进行比较分析，发现勘探开发生产服务合同的合同条款更为苛刻。进一步分析油气资源勘探服务合同的主要风险，发现勘探服务合同模式下主要风险是合同中有关油资源开发长达7年的持有期以及气资源生产后的市场销售不确定性的规定，为以后进一步分析伊拉克油气资源勘探服务合同并获取更多的油气资源提供基础。

Abstract:

Exploration services contract is applied in Iraqs oilgas resources exploration blocks. This paper gives an introduction to this services contract, and compares it with oilgas resources development contract which is more critical, analyzes its major risks that arise from 7years holding period and uncertainty in market sales after production, providing references for acquiring more oilgas resources in Iraqs oilgas exploration services.
