天然气热电联产项目经济效益评价

摘要: 巴黎协定对碳减排的约束,促使各国将清洁能源的开发提升到国家战略的高度,分布式天然气发电凭借其所具有的节能环保等多种优势得到世界各国的广泛重视和应用。天然气热电联产项目占比高达70%以上,其具有利用效率高、调峰能力强、环境效益高等诸多优点,是天然气高效利用的重要方式。本文通过对天然气热电联产项目经济效益的影响因素分析,以折现现金流法为基础,实证分析得出全国28省市此类项目的经济性分析结果,并提出了政府应加强统筹规划、引导产业发展、企业应依据效益分析、选择合适地域和降低投资成本,获取更高效益的建议。

Abstract: Paris Agreements regarding carbon reduction constraints urges nations to promote developing clean energy up to national strategies. Distributing gas power generation is widely used worldwide thanks to its energy saving and environmental protection. Gas-heating-electricity united projects amount up to 70% with high efficiency, strong peak-adjusting capacity and high environmental benefits, which is a vital means in using gasThis paper analyzes the economic benefits of gas-heating-electricity united projects in 28 provinces based on depreciated cash flow, and presents suggestions on governmental planning and leading, companies’ selecting locality and deceasing investment costs to acquire higher benefits
