摘要:

本文在介绍农用地分等的基础上,从监测点的布设原则、监测指标体系的构建、监测数据的采集、监测结果的评价以及空间信息技术的应用等5方面入手,初步构建了国家耕地质量动态监测体系,为未来我国耕地资源保护和管理提供决策依据。

Abstract:

This paper, based on the plowland graduation, establishes a national dynamic monitoring system from five aspects, including setting of monitoring points, construction of monitoring index system, monitoring data acquisition, monitoring result evaluation, and applications of spatial information technology, and presents some references to protect and manage China’s plowlands.
