矿业遗迹保护项目的利益相关者行为风险结构分析

摘要:

风险分析与项目的成功标准息息相关,矿业遗迹保护项目涉及众多利益相关者,传统的判断项目标准(即时间、质量、成本、安全等)已经不能涵盖判断项目成功的所有标准。本文运用利益相关者理论对矿业遗迹保护项目的利益相关者进行界定,建立了矿业遗迹保护项目的风险分析模型,进而对各利益相关者的行为风险进行了详细分析,构建了矿业遗迹保护项目的风险结构,提出了基于利益相关者理论的矿业遗迹保护项目风险应对措施。

Abstract:

Risk evaluation is closely related with the success standards of project. Mining heritage conservation project has many benefit-related owners. The traditional criteria to judge a project (like time, quality, cost, safety) are not enough to evaluate a project's success. This paper by using the theory of benefit-related owners, identifies the benefit-related owners in mining heritage conservation project, establishes a risk analysis model of mining heritage conservation, analyzes in details the behavior of benefit-related owners, sets up the risk structures and presents approaches to conserve the mining heritages.
