水库移民安置区土地流转规模的影响因素分析——基于Logit模型的实证研究

摘要:

探寻水库移民安置区土地流转规模的主要影响因素可以为水库移民工作的顺利开展提供帮助。本文采用模型研究和实证研究得出,家庭人口数、文化程度、职业、土地承包数量、土地补偿水平、农户收入水平、生活期望值和对土地的依赖性8个因素是制约土地流转规模的主要因素。可采取控制人口数量、提高安置区居民的收入水平和文化程度、组织农民参加技能培训、提高土地补偿水平、增加非农就业机会与减弱农民对土地的依赖性等措施,来增加水库移民安置区土地流转的规模。

Abstract:

This paper, aiming at the major factors of land circulation scale in Reservoir Immigration Resettlements, bases on modeling study and case study, concludes that eight factors are the key points to limit the land circulation scale, including family member number, education, occupation, land contracted quantity, land compensation level, farmer's income level, life expectation and land dependence, and presents many means to increase the land circulation scale in reservoir immigration resettlements such as controlling populations, increasing resident's income and education, training farmers with technology, increasing land compensation, increasing non-agricultural employments and decreasing land dependence, etc.
