摘要：

从土地可持续利用的角度来看，目前甘肃省城市化发展中土地利用存在以下问题：城镇建设用地供需矛盾日益突出；人均占地面积偏大，土地利用率和产出率低；城市土地空间结构失衡；土地收益分配欠公允。为实现城市化发展中土地的可持续利用，建议甘肃省应做好以下几方面的工作：科学规划，结合市场机制优化土地配置；严格保护，确保区域耕地总量动态平衡；调整布局,发挥城市用地的最大效益;统筹兼顾,促进城郊和谐发展;优化土地生态环境。

Abstract:

Seen from the view of sustainable development of lands, the land utilization in Gansu province during urbanization has a few issues: a rapid demand for construction land, a big per capita land area, low land utilization and production, unbalanced urban land spatial structure, unfair land benefit. This paper, aiming to ensure a sustainable utilization of urban lands, presents some suggestions: scientific planning, optimizing land allocation based on markets, keeping balanced regional land quantities, and optimizing land environment.
