Abstract:

This paper aims to approach the connotation and index system of the functional divisions of land development and consolidation in the main function. Based on the idea and trends of land development and consolidation,  this paper discusses the function and characteristics of land development and consolidation. It is concluded that land development and consolidation functional divisions are divided into four categories with 8 evaluation indexes applied for serving farmland consolidation.

摘要：

研究目的：在国家开展主体功能区划的情况下，探讨在土地开发整理中进行功能区划的内涵与指标体系。研究方法：从土地开发整理的4方面基本理念和土地开发整理的发展趋势出发，探讨土地开发整理的功能及其性质，推出开展土地开发整理功能区划的设想。研究结论：划分四大类土地开发整理功能区域，从服务于农业土地开发整理的功能区划入手，初步确定8项评价指标。
