Abstract:

For the past ten years，land consolidation has made a great achievement in farm land protection, food security, increasing land product capacity, and improving farmers’ living condition. Meanwhile, the theoretical research, system of policing, personnel training, institutionbuilding and technological applications, which were related to land consolidation, have been promoting. According to present policy and developing trend of land consolidation, this paper gave some macroscopic suggestions on the basis of analysis of present situation about land consolidation.

摘要：

10年来，土地整理在保护耕地、保障粮食安全、提高农用地产能以及改善农民生产、生活条件等方面取得了巨大的成就。同时，与土地整理事业相关的理论研究、政策体系、从业人员培训、机构队伍建设以及科学技术应用等各方面工作不断健全、完善和发展。本文在对土地整理取得的成就及当前现状进行分析的基础上，根据国家现行有关政策和土地整理发展趋势，对土地整理事业建设提出框架性建议。
