Abstract:

Based on a current status of land resources and economic development, this paper employs the governmental data to calculate the remained plowlands quantity by means of plowlands demands and plowlands supply, presents some approaches to protecting plowlands resources, aiming to maintain a dynamic balance in gross plowlands quantity for a sustainable development in society and economy.

摘要：

在分析常德市土地资源现状与社会经济发展态势的基础上，利用该市国土资源局提供的数据，综合耕地需求法和耕地供给法得出常德市目标年的耕地保有量，并结合该市的具体实际提出保护耕地资源的具体措施，以期在保持耕地总量动态平衡的前提下实现常德市的经济、社会可持续发展。
