Abstract:

This paper, based on land utilization loading, coordination, contribution and management performance, establishes an index system to evaluate intensive utilization of urban lands, and by means of Delphi method to determine the weights, evaluates the intensive utilization of urban lands in Nanchong, Suining, Ziyang, Neijiang, Guang’an areas, with the results indicating that a transition from low utilization to an appropriateness, and presents some suggestions.

摘要：

从土地利用的承载力、协调度、贡献度和管理绩效4个方面建立土地集约利用指标体系；采用特尔菲法确定指标权重，并对川中丘陵地区的南充、遂宁、资阳、内江、广安等城市土地集约利用现状进行综合评价。川中丘陵地区城市土地目前正处在低度利用向适度利用转变之中，针对评价结果，提出了相应的建议。
