Abstract:

This paper, based on a case study on Longquanyi district, analyzes the land utilization change in peri-urbanization areas during 1996 to 2004, and displays that the land utilization extent has been increased, of which big amplitude occurs in garden, residential areas and mines, a adjustment in rural lands. The drive to the changes shows fruit and rural tourism play a key role in agricultural structure adjustment, plus the real estate investment and industrial investment. This author also summarizes the features of land utilization changes in peri-urbanization areas.

摘要：

本文以成都市龙泉驿区为例，分析了半城市化地区的土地利用变化，发现在1996—2004年期间，研究区土地利用程度持续提高，其中园地、居民点及工矿用地呈现较大增幅；农业用地内部调整与非农化调整特征明显。分析研究区土地利用变化驱动过程，发现果业与乡村旅游业发展是研究区农业结构调整的主题，也是导致土地利用结构变化的重要驱动力；源于外来资本的房地产投资、工业项目投资则是另一个主要驱动力。在这些分析的基础上，初步总结了半城市化地区土地利用变化的特点。
