Abstract:

Resources-based cities need sustainable development, which can be directly affected by industrial structures. This paper, selecting similarity factor, location quotient and specialization index of industrial structure as major indexes scaling the industrial specialization in resources-based cities, based on a case study of Jiaozuo city, indicates that mining industry prevails in Jiaozuo city and the new industries such as electricity, gas and water are forming concentration with a notable predominance in the whole province. The key point shall be construction and manufacturing, and highlight the industrial structures as an industrial feature.

摘要：

资源型城市的可持续发展已然提上议事日程，产业结构尤其是工业结构直接影响着资源型城市的可持续发展。本文选取产业结构相似系数、区位商以及产业专门化指数作为资源型城市工业结构专门化衡量的主要指标，并以河南省焦作市为例分析得出，焦作市采掘行业比较优势依然很明显，新兴的电力、燃气及水的供应行业正在形成明显的集中度，在省域范围内凸现出显著的比较优势，转型的重点应该放在培育建筑业和制造业上，同时要突出工业结构的产业特色。
