Abstract:

This paper, based on a case study on Tongzhou district, Beijing city, analyzes the mutual development relation between industrial zones and urbanization by means of lots of data and comparison method, studies the features, gives a theoretical explanation for this relation, and prognosticates the development trend of the mutual development between Tongzhou industrial zones and new Tongzhou district.

本文以北京市通州区为典型案例，以丰富翔实的数据，运用比较分析方法，系统分析通州区工业园区与城镇化的互动发展关系，总结通州区工业园区与乡镇互动发展的特点，探寻通州区工业园区与通州新城互动关系的理论解释，并对通州区工业园区与通州新城互动发展的趋势进行预测。
